  1. Drink more water to stay hydrated and cleansed.
  2. Practice cooking simple, easy, one pan healthy meals at home so you contribute to keeping your body fueled adequately.
  3. Make a habit of nurturing your body with self care and love so you are available emotionally to run your business.
  4. Have healthy relationships that keep positivity, motivation and inspiration in your life! As an entrepreneur you need to surround yourself with people that lift you to be a better version of yourself so you can better serve others. Practice gratitude!
  5. Enjoy regular natural physical activity as part of your day to keep your physical body at its best! Walking, trampoline jumping, hoola hooping, stretching, swimming, bike riding, weight training are some easy and quick things you can do throughout the day for under an hour. It is important to move your body, as many entrepreneurs are sitting at computers most of the day, which affects posture, vision and circulation, to name just a few.
